More from Tuesday... Buzzard shots. Juvenile I think - No moulting - A good tip from Derek for ID'ing them in summer (not that I think its summer now - its too cold in the mornings and my feet are following the same route as my hands - frozen all the time. Never thought I would see the day I would be wearing three pairs of socks before I could leave the bedroom in the mornings!).

They are amazing - I love watching them - Buzzards that is - not my feet :-) !

Nice shot of the Buzzard Angie
ReplyDeleteHi Angie,
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful shots, sharp and with a nice light. Still no real success on taking pictures here. It has now be raining non-stop for more than 14 days, except for half an hour today and two days ago!!
Thank you Keith. We had ample opportunity with birds of prey on Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteThanks Chris. That's a shame. We have had a nice dry spell. I think it will be raining again by the weekend though. Hope you get better weather soon.
Spot on Angie,great shot.
ReplyDeleteJohn.
Thanks John
ReplyDeletelovely shots Angie, it looks like you were nearly on the same level as the buzzard.
ReplyDeletespeaking of buzzards, one flew into the side of our car last night when i was driving passed the estuary. stupid bird :)
it was fine though, it picked itself up and flew off ok.
Hi Duncan. Thanks. I must speak with you tomorrow; will text you. My Buzzard was close - Sennen. I had another bird of prey there too and I cannot decide if it's Hobby, which is a life tick, so I think I shall wait until I have a better ID. I'm glad the Buzzard was okay - never mind the car - that's replaceable!
ReplyDeleteExcellent shots of the Buzzard.
ReplyDeleteThanks Steve.
