A photo shoot with a Goldcrest in the garden yesterday morning. It fed for such a long time in this session, but they move SO quickly! It's nice to get shots from lots of different angles.
I hope I get the same lengthy opportunity with the Firecrest soon.
..
What a great collection,well captured.
ReplyDeleteJohn.
Nice shots Angie, looks quite a poser
ReplyDeleteNow that is one beautiful bird. And your pictures depicting it are right on target. Great captures.
ReplyDeleteWell done sweetheart..you must have a calming effect on him....he does not hang around for me and I am lucky to get one shot let alone a sequence.
ReplyDeleteI regret to admit that I haven't seen one yet this year so enjoyed your shots very much. You definitely have the right touch. FAB.
ReplyDeleteBeen doping his food Angie? whatever it works! Wee devils are like lightening. No pictures of interesting twigs today.
ReplyDeleteHi Angie,
ReplyDeleteWow I'd love to get nice pictures like these ones!! There are so fast that I never got them!!! I'm happy you managed to get them, next is the firecrest ;-)
Lovely photos Angie, so nice to be able to study it closely, it has quite a grumpy expression, I think :)
ReplyDeleteI also loved your portrayal of the Smew and the Lambs frolicking on the post before that. I particularly liked the first one with the Lamb leaping in the air.
Lovely pics Angie. They are just so scarce at the moment I haven't seen one for months never mind take such great close-ups
ReplyDeleteThank you John, Keith, Bill, Trevor, Frank, Adrian, Chris, SSB and Phil. No I have not been doping the food Adrian; I just have a mellowing effect on them! The Firecrest is in my sights Chris :-) Yes, it can be a grumpy expression from the right (or wrong!) angle SSB. Thank you all for your kind comments.
ReplyDeletePrecioso "Reyezuelo sencillo" muy difíciles de fotografiar, siempre se están moviendo...
ReplyDeleteSaludos y enhorabuena por el blog.
Thank you Anzaga. Saludos.
