Cuckoo - Carloggas Downs this evening... I have to find a way to get closer over the next few days. Something to focus on :-)

    Good luck, they are not easy to get close to... The only nice picture I got in France was on an electric wire ;-( Nice to have it around anyway, isn't it!

    Thats a very good start Angie. I follow the sound around all day, but never seem to get very close to take a shot. Only once last year I think.

    Last weekend i heard the cuckoo while I was walking, but I´ve never seen it. In Spain we say something similar to "If the 25 th of April the cuckoo hasn,t sung, it is becasuse it hasn´t come or it hasn´t been allowd to come".
